Making a Reservation

Please complete your accommodation booking when registering by 27 January 2011. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation payment of one night’s room rate is required, or you may supply your credit card details to guarantee the booking. Please indicate your fi rst and second choices of accommodation.

Changing your Reservation

Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

Canceling your Reservation

If you cancel your accommodation booking prior to 27 January 2011 your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date, refunds may be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.

Early Access

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.

Located directly above the Sky City Convention centre, SkyCity Grand is a 5 star hotel. Broadband internet connections are provided in all rooms (maximum download 50MB). Directly opposite SkyCity’s Casino and Sky Tower complex, the hotel is within a short walk of numerous restaurants, or eat onsite at the popular ‘Dine by Peter Gordon’ (bookings essential).

The Crowne Plaza complex in the block between Albert and Elliott Streets includes three fl oors of shopping and a food hall directly below the hotel. The Scenic Hotel is centrally situated on the corner of Queen and Airedale Streets. Formerly the MLC building, this landmark site has been refurbished to create a modern art deco style hotel directly opposite the Aotea Centre. All rooms have either a kitchenette or full kitchen facilities. Below the hotel is the MLC licensed bar and café. Broadband internet connections are provided in all rooms and a wireless hotspot is available in the cafe. Valet parking is available at a cost of NZ$12.50 per day.

Quadrant Hotel
The Quadrant is located close to High Street. All apartments have full kitchen facilities, wireless internet access, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer and room service is also available. All rooms have a balcony and the one and two bedroom apartments have a separate lounge area. They also have a TV and DVD player and there is a DVD library in the hotel reception.
